William H. “Billy” Weems Jr. brings more than 25 years of experience practicing law in Alabama, coupled with the discipline and leadership sharpened during eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps. A Birmingham School of Law graduate, Billy has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Alabama in Weems v. Long and Palmore v. First Unum. He has also contributed amicus counsel to causes of statewide importance such as the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy.

Beyond the courtroom, Billy is deeply committed to developing people and communities. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for East Central Homeschool Sports, where he applies the same clarity and accountability he learned in the Marines and the courtroom to serve families and student-athletes across the region.
